Patio Pairings 

Patio Pairings consist of locally curated charcuterie and cheese that are available for you to enjoy both in the tasting room and any of our outdoor spaces. Artisinal cow and sheeps milk cheese from Veldhuizen Cheese in Dublin, Texas. Charcuterie includes various Salamis from Wenzel Lonestar Meats in Hamilton, Texas, & Quail and Bison Sausage from La Villa Ranch.
