Central Texas (non AVA)
Brennan Vineyards has two main estate vineyards; The Comanche Vineyard, and the Newburg Vineyard.
Comanche Vineyard (10 Acres): Viognier, Syrah, Malbec, Nero d’Avola
Newburg Vineyards (21 Acres): Viognier, Semillon, Muscat of Alexandria, Mourvedre, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Ruby Cabernet, Nero d’Avola
Nubbin Ridge Vineyard: Tempranillo, Viognier
Texas High Plains: Texas High Plains AVA, encompasses Amarillo, Lubbock, Brownfield, Lamesa, Levelland, Plains and Seminole. With approximately 4000 acres of vineyards in commercial production at an elevation of 3500 feet, the AVA is responsible for 85% of the fruit grown in the state.
Blackwater Draw: Cabernet Franc
Farmhouse Vineyards: Malvasia Bianca, Orange Muscat
Lost Draw Vineyards: Nero d’Avola
Lahey: Carmenere, Graciano, Tempranillo, Syrah
La Pradera Vineyard: Cinsault, Mourvedre, Durif
Diamante Doble: Montepulciano, Alicante Bouschet
Soleado Vineyards: Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere
